but lots do not report it. We can help. Disability Hate Crime can be:
• being hit or hurt
• being spat at
• stealing from you
Section 146 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 is a law which says courts must give bigger sentences to people who do crimes against someone because
they are disabled.
